Help improve the lives of farm workers in the West.

You can improve the lives of farm workers in the West!

The Farm Worker Fund was established to help Rural Community Assistance Corporation continue and expand its work to improve the quality of life for farm workers. The Fund is increasing housing, health, and educational opportunities for farm workers living in the rural West. Farm Worker Fund proceeds are used to build much-needed farm worker housing, provide technical assistance to nonprofit housing organizations, provide scholarships to farm workers to attend leadership and capacity building workshops and conferences, and provide incentive funds for health providers to specifically target and serve the health needs of farm workers. Through low-interest loans, grants, technical assistance and educational support (scholarships), RCAC provides financial support to organizations and individuals working to improve their communities.

Since our inception in 1978, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) has advocated for better living conditions for farm workers in the West.

We provide technical assistance, training and financing to organizations dedicated to building safe, decent housing for farm workers and their families. We work hand in hand with a vast network of organizations that display a ceaseless commitment and determination to better the lives of farm workers and their families. The recent conclusion of The California Endowment- funded Agricultural Worker Health and Housing Program has expanded this network significantly.

RCAC's Agricultural Worker Programs have demonstrated tangible results, but much is left to be done. With your contribution, RCAC's Farm Worker Fund will continue to provide resources and support to organizations and communities working to improve the quality of life for farm workers. We ask your help. Please give to the Farm Worker Fund today.

Thank you!
